1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website zadalau.com (“the Site”), operated by Zada Lau, trading as Grumpy to Great, a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong [HK Business Registration number: to be confirmed], and as a sole trader in Australia [ABN: to be confirmed] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

zadalau.com is the personal and professional website of Zada Lau. It provides information about Zada's work as an entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant, investor, fundraiser, and Buddhist practitioner. It allows visitors to subscribe to a newsletter and to contact Zada.

The Site is informational. It does not, by itself, sell products or take payment. Meditation sessions, classes, and bookings are handled through a separate website, mettafi.com, which has its own terms.

Some imagery may include sacred objects, thangkas, and other materials connected to Buddhist traditions. These are presented respectfully and remain the property of their respective creators or custodians where applicable.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to receive occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing tashidelek@zadalau.com. We handle your email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Because we also operate as a sole trader in Australia, Australian law may also apply to Australian users, including mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.

Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
